Your tasks Include welcoming visitors, clients and colleagues in person and by phone Directing and informing visitors professionally Managing entries and exits (badges, registers, visitor announcements) Receiving and distributing mail and parcels Handling calls, emails and various requests Ensuring the reception area is impeccably maintained Collaborating with various contacts on site Quickly adapting to varied work environments and different client sites

What characterises you.

Your profile Previous experience in a similar role (reception, front desk, hospitality or customer service) is an asset Fluent French, both spoken and written A very good level of English is required Any other language is an advantage Excellent presentation and strong service orientation Very good interpersonal skills, discretion and courtesy Organised, autonomous and reliable Proficient with common IT tools Great flexibility and availability to work on call Mobility essential across the entire Geneva region Ability to quickly integrate into new work environments
