Role:
In this role, you contribute significantly to the reliable financial management of the company with your expertise in accounting. You take on responsible tasks that require your precise and careful working style. With your commitment, you ensure that financial processes are handled accurately and on time. You use your experience as an accounting clerk to confidently handle complex issues and actively contribute to the further development of processes. Through your structured approach, you make an important contribution to stability and transparency in accounting.
Responsibilities:
Handling dunning and debt collection, including developing viable payment agreements with customers.
Calculation, creation, and payment of customer credits as well as complete recording of all cash transactions.
Preparation of periodic VAT returns for the company.
Assistance and support of the team in financial planning, reporting, and quarterly closings.
Qualifications:
Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ).
Initial to several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on accounts receivable or general ledger accounting.
A completed or ongoing further education as an accounting clerk is a plus.
Practical experience with Abacus and confident handling of the MS Office suite.
Affinity for numbers, negotiation skills, and a strong service orientation.
