Receptionist / Patient Service Staff (m/f/d) 60-80 %
Your tasks
- Friendly reception and competent care of our patients
- Personal appointment coordination for patients
- Agenda management for orthopaedics, shoe and rehabilitation technology
- Opening and maintenance of electronic patient records
- Cash management and administrative processing
- Support with invoicing and returns
- Ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area
- General administrative support for the team
Your profile
- Commercial training, hospitality or comparable qualification
- Experience in reception or patient service, ideally in healthcare
- Enjoyment of personal contact and strong service orientation
- Very good German skills as well as English skills, additional languages an advantage
- Good MS Office skills and user experience with ERP and administration systems
- Structured, precise and resilient working style
- Empathetic, flexible and team-oriented personality
