CNC Machine Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Set up and supervise complex milling components, make changes and optimise together with the CAM programmer

• Work on the most modern 5-axis machining centres with Heidenhain TNC640

• Load and prioritise the 5-axis machining centres using robot handling systems

• Pattern area: process prototypes, single and structural parts, including monocoque, nose, front and rear wings, wishbones

• Metal area: process prototypes, single and structural parts made of titanium and high-strength aluminium, including suspension parts such as wheel carriers, various brackets, hydraulic and pneumatic components, and more

• Be responsible for the accuracy and inspection of parts and tools

• Work in a 2-shift system and weekend deployments to optimise running times

What do I need to be successful?

• Successfully completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

• Several years of professional experience in machining

• Heidenhain control (advantageous)

• Multi-axis machining (advantageous)

• Ability to work independently
