Team Leader for Foreign Benefits Verification

Our service centre is responsible for reimbursing invoices for our insured persons travelling abroad or residing abroad.

Your mission

Planning and managing the resources of a team of 9 employees, including recruitment, coaching, training and performance evaluation.
Assignment and delegation of tasks as well as setting individual objectives.
Team contact person for the Group Manager and coordination with various departments and services.
Ensuring the processing and management of benefits for the insured.
Active participation in the daily process, including digitisation of benefit receipts.
Drafting complex correspondence and managing telephone contacts with insured persons and healthcare providers.

Training in team leadership and basic commercial or paramedical training, with experience in health and/or social insurance.
Strong specialised knowledge in the field of health insurance benefits.
Proficiency in IT tools.
Excellent writing skills in French, very good oral and written knowledge of Italian, good oral knowledge of German; English is an asset.
