The Children’s Hospital Central Switzerland of the Lucerne Cantonal Hospital (LUKS) is one of the largest children’s hospitals in Switzerland and provides care for the entire Central Switzerland region at the highest level. Our staff are committed around the clock to ensuring that children, adolescents and their families are measurably better cared for. For our team, we are looking for reinforcement from 1 September 2026, limited to 1 year.
Your area of responsibility
- You are the central contact person for principal investigators, sponsors, clinical research organisations, authorities, laboratories and the Swiss Childhood Cancer Registry (SKKR)
- You take on the preparation and support of pre-study visits, initiations, monitoring visits, audits and Swissmedic inspections
- You are responsible for organising and participating in internal training on study protocols and archiving and managing the principal investigator folders
- You provide administrative support and create documentation in the context of conducting clinical studies
Your experience
- You have completed training in the medical field, for example as a medical documentalist, nursing specialist or medical practice assistant (MPA), ideally with knowledge of medical terminology
- You are characterised by an independent, structured and quality-conscious way of working and have a high affinity for IT as well as sound knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- You are a flexible and team-oriented personality, open to change and committed to contributing in a dynamic working environment
- Ideally, you have an ICH-GCP basic course certificate or are willing to obtain it after starting the position
