Team Leader Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 70-100%
Your tasks
- Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 14 guests
- Responsible for organising ward processes, implementing work procedures and duty planning with Polypoint PEP
- Taking on tasks as day manager
- Planning and leading team meetings as well as participating in interdisciplinary reports
- Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Taking on tasks as a topic leader in a specialist area and thus contributing to the group-wide network for nursing quality
- Co-responsibility in recruiting new employees
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is desirable or interest in further training in this area
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of varied challenges
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
