Role:
Voice communication only works when network, servers, and protocols interact precisely. This is exactly where you come in as a Systems Specialist: Voice & Network. You build communication infrastructures, optimise existing environments, and keep operations stable. You can expect technically demanding projects, a company vehicle for your assignments, and plenty of scope for creativity.
Responsibilities:
You implement telephony and IT systems, from the initial configuration of gateways to the commissioning of end devices.
Furthermore, you analyse faults systematically, evaluate logs and traces, and restore systems to their intended state.
You take on technical customer concerns in second- and third-level support and drive them to resolution.
You gather requirements, design operating concepts, and oversee numbering plans and routing logics.
Additionally, you migrate existing systems to modern, cloud-based operating models.
You also maintain configuration documentation and administrative project records.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training and have developed your expertise further.
You can demonstrate at least three years of practical experience in operating communication, network, or server environments.
You are proficient with Microsoft 365 (M365), Teams telephony, and Windows Server.
Routing, switching, VLAN, QoS, and firewall rules are part of your daily toolkit.
Experience with SIP and initial scripting in PowerShell facilitate your start.
Additionally, you are linguistically confident in German, read English documentation effortlessly, and hold a category B driving licence.
