What is my role?

• Be the tech expert for our customers and inspire them with your know-how about hardware, tools and building services

• Sell with passion and actively shape our ProfiCenter - from product range selection to perfect merchandise presentation

• Bring power to the warehouse and ensure smooth processes in goods receipt, inspection, storage and disposition

• Be the first point of contact for all questions about products, prices, discounts, availability and delivery dates

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a retail specialist EFZ hardware or a basic craft training with a strong sales flair

• Experience in hardware, tools or building services - your advantage, but not a must

• Genuine enthusiasm for customer advice and a sense of what customers really need

• Independent, precise and reliable way of working - you can be counted on

• Flexibility in everyday work and strong team spirit

• Curiosity and willingness to learn to continuously expand your expertise

• Hands-on mentality and joy in pitching in
