CRS Health Assistant at 80-100%

Your tasks

• Ensure the comfort and well-being of the residents daily
• Perform hygiene and comfort care in collaboration with nurses and ASSC
• Promote autonomy and contribute to quality of life by offering our residents suitable activities
• Participate in care reports and transmission of important observations
• Write care notes in our CareCoach care documentation system (possible on the move with the CareCoach smartphone)
• Assist with logistical and housekeeping activities

Your profile

• Have completed a CRS care course and an internship in long-term care
• Several years of professional experience in geriatric or psychogeriatric care is an advantage
• Good listening skills, kindness and team spirit

• Motivation to work in a human and stimulating environment
• Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written
