In this role as Controller (m/f) you take responsibility in a dynamic working environment with attractive growth prospects and actively shape an exciting task within a small team. Responsibilities:
You support and monitor the budget and forecast process
You define relevant KPIs and ensure their regular evaluation and follow-up
You prepare profitability analyses and economic decision-making bases
You are responsible for cost centre reporting and analyse deviations
You conduct ad-hoc analyses for various internal stakeholders
You prepare preliminary and final calculations for projects
You identify optimisation potentials and further develop processes based on relevant key figures
Qualifications:
You have a higher business administration qualification or a commercial basic education with further training in finance and controlling
You bring relevant professional experience in controlling
You possess very good MS Office skills as well as experience with ERP and controlling systems
You convince through analytical thinking, initiative, communication skills and an independent working style
You have fluent German and good English skills
