Your Impact with Us

The core of your role is supporting the insurance and pension advisors. Additionally, you act as the link to our specialist departments at the headquarters.

With your organisational skills and flair for administrative tasks, you prepare quotes, handle customer enquiries, and coordinate appointments. You are there for our customers’ concerns and are involved in training apprentices.

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial basic training and professional experience in the insurance industry
• Completed training as an "Insurance Intermediary VBV" or willingness to complete it
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and close teamwork
• Sales and customer orientation
• Responsible, empathetic and open personality
• High service orientation
• Motivation to learn new things
