Mandate Manager Fiduciary 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You take on the independent management and support of a diverse client portfolio of SMEs and private individuals. You prepare annual financial statements, tax returns, and financial plans and are the central contact person for your clients. You lead and develop a small team of fiduciaries and clerks and contribute innovative solutions for complex tax and business management issues. You actively shape the digitalisation of fiduciary processes and optimise existing workflows.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a fiduciary with a federal specialist certificate or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in mandate management and fiduciary services

• Sound knowledge of Swiss tax law and accounting

• Leadership experience and enjoyment in team development

• Entrepreneurial thinking and solution orientation

• Strong communication skills and consulting competence

• Confident handling of fiduciary software and digital tools

• Fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage
