Payroll Manager at 100% M/F
Job Description
- Management of the payroll and social insurance process (250 to 300 employees), entry of hours and variables
- Management of withholding tax in various cantons in French-speaking Switzerland
- Handling of sickness, accident and other absence cases
- Processing of various administrative documents (employer certificates, interim earnings...)
- Various administrative tasks in support of human resources
Profile sought
- HR manager certificate and/or training in social insurance
- Minimum 3 years successful experience in payroll management in Switzerland
- Commitment, rigour and accuracy
- Service-oriented and team spirit
