On behalf of our client, a service company in the Biel region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an Accounting Clerk 80-100%. Your tasks with the new employer

• You take over the invoicing of services and ensure correct and timely billing
• You support accounts receivable and accounts payable in daily business and process the associated documents and postings
• You regularly reconcile incoming payments, open items and accounts and independently resolve discrepancies
• You assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks and take on further administrative duties in accounting

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training as an accounting clerk
• You already bring professional experience in accounting, especially in invoicing as well as accounts receivable or accounts payable
• Good German and French skills as well as confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems support you in everyday work
• With your flair for numbers, an uncomplicated manner and a reliable working style, you like to get involved yourself and keep an overview even with different tasks
