Senior Payment & Investigation Specialist (m/f) 100 %

Your tasks:

• Participation in projects and system tests for the implementation of new or improved applications, automations, digitalisations and process optimisation
• Professional advice for internal and external parties as well as taking on corresponding clarifications
• Correspondence and telephone contacts with internal and external parties including our external payment service providers
• Monitoring and processing of pending and routed transactions
• Reversals from amount recoveries from external banks

Your profile:

• Completed banking apprenticeship or commercial basic training with banking further education
• 3 - 5 years of experience in international and national payments of a bank
• Affinity for the IT system landscape in interbank payments
• Knowledge of Finnova and Finastra is an advantage
• Experience in project management in the payment environment at a bank
• Initiative, service-oriented and communicative personality
• High sense of responsibility and duty, excellent self-organisation and willingness to go the "extra mile" and proactively tackle changes
• Confident oral and written expression in German. Additionally good English skills
• Good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
