We are looking for a
Team Leader Electrical Assembly (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Technical and personnel management as well as development of approx. 10 employees in electrical cabinet assembly.
Ensuring high quality standards, occupational safety, and active involvement in daily operations.
Timely and cost-efficient coordination of assembly orders.
Close collaboration in projects to further develop the department.
Qualifications
Profile:
Technical basic training (e.g. automation technician or similar), preferably with leadership experience and/or further training.
Experience in mechanical engineering is an advantage.
Solution-oriented, assertive, communicative, and resilient.
Good MS Office (Excel) and SAP knowledge desired,
Native German speaker or fluent in spoken and written German, English is an advantage.
