• You are the central contact person during your shift and, together with the team, ensure professional service and satisfied guests.
• You coordinate the service during your shift, assign tasks, and inform the team in advance about all important daily information.
• You ensure warm guest care, handle complaints professionally, and secure quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• You lead the team by example, actively support in service, and promote development, collaboration, and personal responsibility.
• You encourage active sales and ensure correct cash register procedures as well as careful handling of goods and resources.
• You ensure good service preparation, a complete shift handover, and the reliable transfer of important information.
• You have experience in restaurant service and a good understanding of operational processes.
• You have initial experience in leading a team and a strong motivation to further develop your leadership skills.
• You have good communication skills and a pronounced team spirit.
• You have a strong host personality as well as high standards for service and quality.
• You are responsible, reliable, and well organised.
• You maintain overview and professionalism in hectic situations.
• You have knowledge of handling cash register systems and closing processes.
• You are familiar with hygiene, safety, and allergen standards.
