Technical Sales Consultant Building Technology (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You build your own partner network with installation companies, planners and industry contacts in your region.
You develop new customer relationships and accompany them from the first conversation to successful collaboration.
You identify market opportunities and turn them into concrete sales projects.
You advise customers on innovative measurement technology and energy solutions and present technical concepts.
You manage your sales activities, maintain your sales pipeline and conduct negotiations through to closing.
Qualifications:
You have a technical education in building technology or a comparable qualification.
You bring experience in B2B sales, field service or in supporting technical customers.
You enjoy acquisition, customer development and sustainable relationship building.
You work in a structured, independent manner and confidently use CRM systems as well as digital tools.
You convince with negotiation skills, assertiveness, very good German language skills and enjoy being out in the sales territory.
