For our Strap Machining workshop, we are looking for a CNC Setter (M/F).

Job Description

• Carry out machine setups based on technical drawings and programmes created by the CAM department
• Perform preparation, control, adjustment operations and carry out machine setups on the assigned machine
• Start and monitor production runs
• Ensure compliance with quality criteria (dimensional and aesthetic) defined throughout production. Use appropriate tools and follow procedures.
• Communicate and report to the supervisor on factors causing inefficiency and on actions taken.
• Participate in the proper integration and training of colleagues.
• Propose and undertake any actions that could improve productivity, quality, or the working environment.

Profile

• Training as a Production Mechanic or equivalent qualification;
• Very good mastery of machining on CNC machines, especially 5-axis milling;
• Good knowledge of control/measurement instruments and reading technical drawings;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same role;
• Meticulous and conscientious person, quality-oriented and possessing a strong team spirit.
