Technical Customer Advisor 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding technical questions and concerns

• You provide competent advice on our products and solutions and find the right answer to every challenge

• You analyse technical problems and develop practical solutions together with the customers

• You document customer enquiries and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal specialist departments

• You assist with the setup and commissioning of our products

• You build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

What do I need to be successful?

• A completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician, motorcycle mechanic, commercial vehicle mechanic, agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician or a comparable technical qualification

• Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex matters clearly

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact

• Solution-oriented and independent working style

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage

• Confident handling of common IT systems and CRM software

• Team spirit and a positive attitude
