What to expect
As a Product Owner, you are part of the "Process Contract Management" department as well as an agile, interdisciplinary team responsible for the contract management processes in the non-life sector.
What you will achieve with us
You actively shape the modernisation of existing contract management processes, placing the needs of our customers at the centre. For this, you rely on your openness in dealing with people, your sense for optimisation potential, and your curiosity to explore new paths.
As a service-oriented person, you conduct active customer and stakeholder management and develop customer solutions in close collaboration with Product Managers, IT architects, Business Analysts, and the agile team, ensuring high quality.
In the role of Product Owner, you are responsible for the professional leadership of the agile team, gathering requirements, prioritising implementation in the backlog, and enabling the continuous new and further development of the processes.
What you bring with you
- Completed studies or further education in business administration, business informatics, or similar
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Solution-oriented, independent, and goal-driven working style with the ability to maintain an overview in a complex environment
- High technical affinity and understanding to capture complex interrelations for the further development of the responsible professional processes
- Strong communication skills with pronounced team and customer orientation as well as strong assertiveness
- Experience in the insurance industry in the non-life sector is an advantage
- Experience with the SAFe framework is an advantage
- Fluent German skills and good English skills
