About the job
You ensure the maintenance, inspection and optimisation of technical installations in buildings and infrastructures, while participating in projects related to equipment and production machinery.
Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
Maintenance Technician
- Federal VET Diploma in a technical building field or equivalent training, a Federal VET Diploma as a sanitary installer being an asset
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Good command of common IT tools, knowledge of CMMS and BMS being an asset
- Forklift and cherry picker licences
- Good physical condition
- Maintain and inspect HVAC installations as well as equipment related to infrastructures
- Carry out machine connections: industrial water, pneumatics and ventilation
- Participate in relocations and installation of production machinery
- Intervene in case of critical breakdowns
- Monitor and carry out building-related projects
- Contribute to the optimisation of building equipment
