For our client, a modern Swiss industrial company in the Lucerne area, we are looking for a technically strong and precise working individual as a Polymechanic CNC Milling / 5-Axis Machining 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will manufacture demanding individual parts, small series and technical components on modern CNC milling machines. The focus is on clean setup, precise machining and stable quality.
- Machining individual parts, small series and demanding production parts
- Performing dimensional checks, quality inspections and corrections
- Reading and implementing technical drawings, production documents and inspection plans
- Changing, adjusting and measuring tools, clamping devices and fixtures
- Optimising machining processes, tools and clamping concepts
- Collaborating on prototypes, special parts and technical adjustments
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety in the production area
- Experience in CNC milling, ideally with 3- or 5-axis machining
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and handling tolerances
- Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc or comparable controls is an advantage
- CAM knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
- Precise, independent and quality-conscious working style
- Enjoyment of demanding manufacturing and technical details
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, CNC mechanic or comparable qualification- Experience in CNC milling, ideally with 3- or 5-axis machining
