Responsibilities:
- You receive support requests for applications, prioritise them professionally, and accompany them until a clean solution is reached.
- In this role, you analyse disruptions and error patterns in a structured manner, reproduce problems, and derive concrete measures.
- As IT support for applications, you coordinate collaboration with internal teams and external parties to implement sustainable solutions.
- You document cases, solution paths, and known issues clearly so that knowledge remains quickly available within the team.
- You monitor service quality, identify recurring causes, and initiate improvements in processes and configurations.
- You support users with clear instructions and training so that they can use applications safely and efficiently.

You have a business education or further training (EFZ, HF, FH) and want to develop specifically towards IT.
You have a good understanding of business processes and want not only to be a user but to understand how business processes work technically.
You are curious, analytical, and IT-affine, combining your knowledge with solid technical understanding.
Interaction with different stakeholders motivates you, and you convince through a solution-oriented working style.
