Key Account Manager for Watchmaking
As a representative of CPAutomation SA with a key client, you will play a privileged contact role at all levels of the organisation (senior executives, middle management, project managers, buyers, and other stakeholders).
Your main responsibilities:
- Maintain and cultivate trusting relationships with our main client
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s specific needs and requirements
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to help the client define their needs and promote our solutions
- Develop, present and negotiate customised offers, with the aim of concluding strategic orders
- Ensure follow-up of commercial interactions in our CRM system
- Provide management with relevant market feedback to guide the commercial strategy
Your profile:
- HES or EPF engineer specialised in robotics, industrial automation or microtechnology
- Proven experience in Key Account Management, technical product sales in a B2B environment or technical project management
- Fluency in spoken and written French, as well as good knowledge of English
- Committed, organised, responsible and autonomous personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Driving licence essential
