Key Account Manager for Watchmaking

As a representative of CPAutomation SA with a key client, you will play a privileged contact role at all levels of the organisation (senior executives, middle management, project managers, buyers, and other stakeholders).

Your main responsibilities:

• Maintain and cultivate trusting relationships with our main client
• Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s specific needs and requirements
• Work closely with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to help the client define their needs and promote our solutions
• Develop, present and negotiate customised offers, with the aim of concluding strategic orders
• Ensure follow-up of commercial interactions in our CRM system
• Provide management with relevant market feedback to guide the commercial strategy

Your profile:

• HES or EPF engineer specialised in robotics, industrial automation or microtechnology
• Proven experience in Key Account Management, technical product sales in a B2B environment or technical project management
• Fluency in spoken and written French, as well as good knowledge of English
• Committed, organised, responsible and autonomous personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Driving licence essential
