In this exciting role, you will manage client portfolios mainly Swiss and international, particularly in the watchmaking industry.

You will operate at the interface between the client and production:

With our specialists in production, quality assurance, planning and purchasing, you translate client needs into products suitable for manufacturing. You prepare competitive offers and negotiate them skilfully.

 Your tasks:

• Monitoring and developing existing client relationships
• Market prospecting and acquiring new clients
• Handling enquiries and preparing offers
• Developing the manufacturing process for components requested by clients
• Processing client orders and subcontracting orders (external special operations)
• Managing items in our ERP system
• Supporting the quality department during client complaints
• Participating in certain technical trade fairs

Your profile:

• Autonomous and responsible personality, enthusiastic in client communication
• Several years of sales experience within the subcontracting industry
• Basic technical training and affinity for the watchmaking industry
• Experience in manufacturing and/or dimensional control of precision components is an asset
• Native French speaker, proficient in German and English at negotiation level
• Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
