Your Tasks and Perspectives

Care and support of patients with non-invasive ventilation, as well as invasive ventilation via tracheostomy on a 24-bed ward
Implementation and co-design of nursing interventions in the field of ventilation care
Interdisciplinary collaboration with respiratory therapy, medicine, physiotherapy and other professional groups
Participation in the further development of nursing quality in the ventilation area
Guidance and advice for patients, relatives and staff

Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
Professional experience in ventilation care is an advantage or motivation to further develop in the specialised field of ventilation
High professional and social competence
Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration and further development of the specialist area
Team spirit, personal responsibility and interest in interdisciplinary work
