Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:
The established housing cooperative is committed to providing and managing attractive, affordable housing. The focus is on the long-term preservation of the properties, sustainable property management, and communal living. Through responsible management of the properties and the needs of the residents, the cooperative makes an important contribution to a liveable residential environment.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the further development and management of the cooperative properties and align the property strategy with future needs.
You take charge of planning, coordinating, and implementing renovation and conversion projects as well as cooperative initiatives.
In close collaboration with the managing director, you support the leadership of the team and contribute to the organisational development of the cooperative.
You coordinate building maintenance tasks and ensure constructive cooperation with employees and contractors.
With your commitment, you promote the cooperative spirit, bring in new ideas, and implement sustainable improvements within the organisation.
Qualifications:
Your several years of professional experience in property management form the basis for this versatile role.
As an independent, flexible, and resilient individual, you impress with strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a friendly, confident demeanour.
You remain composed even in hectic situations, enjoy working in a team, and possess impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written.
