Life Operations Specialist 60-100%
Your mission
- The heart of the matter: through direct exchanges with clients as well as our advisers, you respond to enquiries in writing and by phone about life insurance in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland and find suitable solutions.
- From processing proposals to contract modifications, you handle commercial transactions in new business and existing Life business.
- You review received requests, prioritise them, and forward them to the appropriate departments.
- You carefully apply compliance guidelines related to EAR, FATCA, AMLA, sanctions controls, and qualified life insurance.
- As a reliable support for the Life Competence Centre, you take on administrative tasks and document commercial transactions clearly.
- You make an important contribution to the development of our business processes.
- You mainly work in Lausanne or remotely and are on site once or twice a month at the main headquarters in Lucerne.
What you bring
- Let’s start with the essentials: your several years of experience in life insurance, back office or customer service help you get started quickly.
- You have completed commercial training, ideally in insurance, and have already obtained the AFA certificate.
- When in contact with clients or advisers, you communicate clearly, professionally, and service-oriented.
- You are fluent in French and German; other languages are an asset.
- You work conscientiously and reliably with regulatory guidelines and digital systems.
- Cherry on the cake: you know MSG Life Factory, have compliance experience, and enjoy developing processes.
