Our partner is an international company active in the sale and distribution of products across several European markets. Its centralised financial organisation allows daily collaboration with different countries and on various accounting issues. To strengthen its Finance team, it is currently looking for an Accountant at 60-70% who will be involved in closings, financial reporting, intra-group operations, as well as multi-currency management.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You play an active role in monthly closings and prepare financial reports, ensuring the quality and reliability of accounting data
• You manage intra-group operations and perform account reconciliations in different currencies, at the heart of a truly international activity
• You handle VAT declarations in Switzerland and Europe as well as payroll management, ensuring compliance with various deadlines
• You regularly use English in your communications with banks, IT teams, and colleagues based abroad
• You organise your work independently and know how to adapt your priorities to the fast pace of closing periods

You offer your new employer

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee with a specialisation in accounting or an equivalent qualification
• You have accounting experience and master closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• You are fluent in French and have a B2-C1 level of English allowing you to communicate easily both orally and in writing
• You are proficient in Excel and common IT tools and ideally have experience with an accounting ERP
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and organised and appreciate an environment where flexibility and prioritisation are essential during closings
