Client Representative Construction & Infrastructure (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Internal client representation and coordination between the company, authorities and external partners
Management of construction projects regarding quality, costs, deadlines and safety
Leadership and supervision of planners, specialist planners and contractors
Review of tenders, awards and project documentation
Ensuring compliance with building regulations, SIA standards, energy requirements and sustainability goals
Qualifications:
Technical training or degree in civil engineering, architecture, building services engineering or equivalent
Several years of experience in project management of construction projects (new build, conversion, renovation)
Knowledge of SIA standards, tenders and approval procedures
Understanding of HVACSE, fire protection, energy and facility management
Structured, communicative personality with strong project management skills and confident demeanour
