Pension Expert
Your mission
- You handle leads from your generalist agency and, as a coach, support advisors in their professional and commercial development
- You maintain existing relationships and actively attract new clients to private pension provision
- You provide pension advice in person or remotely and develop individual solutions that you successfully sell
- You strengthen the bond with existing clients, identify sales opportunities and work closely with your colleagues to exploit these cross-selling and upselling potentials
- You use modern tools for valuable client interactions and present appropriate marketing and sales measures to us
- You also respond to our clients’ concerns and questions in partnership and with great empathy
What you bring
- First of all, you have completed professional training and obtained the VBV certification. If you have also completed further training, e.g. as a certified financial advisor IAF? Even better!
- You have at least three years of experience in pension advisory and pursue your sales goals with great passion
- You can say you enjoy being surrounded by people – you can put yourself in your interlocutor’s shoes, recognise their needs and respond individually in your advice
- You express yourself very well in French (spoken and written). Perhaps you speak other languages too?
- You have an extensive network of contacts, maintain it sustainably and preferably live in the Fribourg region.
- For consultations outside the agency and sometimes outside official contact hours, you are flexible and mobile
