- Assessing cases from civil and criminal law as a single judge or as chairperson in the collegiate court
- Activity at the coercive measures court and ensuring on-call service on weekends and public holidays together with the other presidencies
- Responsible for procedural management
- Writing presentations for judgment consultations and delivering judgments either as a single judge or as chairperson
Your profile
- Completed law degree and ideally a lawyer’s licence
- Many years of professional experience in the administration of justice as well as sound knowledge of substantive and procedural law, especially in civil and criminal law
- Integrity, trustworthy personality with decisiveness and commitment
- Self-critical and independent person who works efficiently, swiftly and accurately even under pressure
