Assista Legal Protection AG is a company of the Touring Club Switzerland and a leading legal protection insurer. It guarantees first-class services and professional support for the insured. For our regional Legal Service Zurich, we are looking for a lawyer from mid-July 2026 or by arrangement, who enjoys actively representing the interests of our insured clients.

Your role:

As part of our team, you will independently handle, advise on, and accompany legal cases of private and corporate clients in various insured legal areas. These include, in particular, road traffic, tenancy, employment contract, travel contract, and consumer law, as well as liability, insurance, and social insurance law.

Your tasks:

• Independent and responsible management of the legal cases you handle
• Oral and written negotiations with parties, authorities, insurers, and opposing lawyers
• Telephone, written, and personal advice and support for our insured clients
• Assuming insurance-technical tasks in the cases handled, such as checking insurance coverage
• Providing initial telephone information via our interactive platform Lex4you

What you bring:

• A Swiss law degree and ideally professional experience
• Versatile legal interest and openness to new legal areas and issues
• Team spirit
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Resilience and the ability to remain calm even in hectic situations, with a focus on customer-oriented work
