Head of Property Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Role:
The company is an established Swiss real estate firm that supports owners and investors throughout the entire lifecycle of a property.
Particularly exciting is the combination of operational property management and strategic real estate management. Employees maintain close contact with owners, tenants, craftsmen, authorities and other stakeholders and can take responsibility across different phases of a real estate project.
Responsibilities:
You take on the technical and personnel leadership of a team of around six employees.
In doing so, you continuously develop the processes in property management and optimise existing workflows.
You bear overall responsibility for a demanding portfolio of condominiums and investment properties.
You coordinate communication with owners, tenants, authorities and service providers and lead meetings.
Additionally, you oversee technical projects and renovations and ensure the economic efficiency of the properties.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education with further training in real estate.
You bring several years of experience in the management of condominiums and investment properties.
Leadership experience or enthusiasm for taking on a leadership role distinguishes you.
You combine a structured, resilient and solution-oriented working style with good IT skills.
Fluent written and spoken German, driving licence category B.
