What you will achieve with us
You accompany people with cognitive and physical impairments in their daily lives and help create a supportive environment together with the team.
You provide individual and resource-oriented support in the educational and nursing areas.
You actively shape leisure time, everyday moments and daily structure and contribute your ideas.
You participate in the internal day centre and contribute to a varied daily routine.
Your work strengthens independence, self-determination and quality of life.
What you bring with you
You have completed training as a Care Specialist (FaBe B), Health Specialist (FaGe) or in the socio-pedagogical field.
Ideally, you have experience in supporting people with cognitive impairments.
Flexible working hours suit you.
You remain physically and mentally resilient even in demanding situations.
You are proficient with MS Office; a driving licence is an advantage.
You face challenges positively and solution-oriented with a pinch of humour.
