Milling Setter

We are looking for a milling operator to join our team and contribute to the production of quality parts within our milling department.

Your mission:

• Set up and adjust milling machines according to technical specifications.
• Carry out visual and dimensional inspections of machined parts to ensure their compliance with quality standards.
• Program milling parameters to optimise production efficiency.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
• Adhere to safety standards and work protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Your profile:

• Significant professional experience in setting milling machines (Willemin Macodel) in the watchmaking industry.
• Proficiency in reading plans and technical specifications.
• Ability to perform fine adjustments with precision and care.
• Knowledge of materials used in watchmaking and their properties.
• Aptitude to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
