YOUR TASKS
- Instrument handling and assisting during procedures in the following areas:
- Orthopaedics including robotics & traumatology
- Spinal, hand, and plastic surgery
- Urology & gynaecology including Da Vinci robotics
- Visceral surgery
- Ensuring a smooth and high-quality surgical process
- Proactive and reliable collaboration in all procedures
- Work during daytime operations and, depending on workload, in late and on-call shifts
- Active involvement in shaping processes, quality, and team culture
Additionally, when taking on specialist responsibility in Orthopaedics / Hygiene / Gynaecology
- Professional responsibility for the assigned area
- Further development and assurance of standards
- Contact person for materials, instruments & processes
- Close collaboration with doctors, operating theatre management & interfaces
- Participation in training, onboarding & quality measures
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Certified Specialist in Surgical Technology HF
- Several years of operating theatre experience advantageous
- High quality and responsibility orientation
- Resilient, team-oriented and flexible
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Passion for the profession and strong commitment
