Sales & Reporting Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Role:
For this responsible position, we are looking for a steadfast personality who, in close collaboration with the Head of Sales & Marketing and under the direct leadership of the CEO, will primarily focus on improving the commercial processes of the
company. These include margin management, customer and product segmentation,
service level management, tracking of raw material movements, analysis and design of
workflows within the company, as well as management of sales channels. Furthermore, this role will also take on all responsibilities for sales and marketing reporting as well as support market analyses and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Data analysis and preparation of figures with a focus on sales figures, margins and inventory levels
- Providing professional and visually appealing reporting tools for management and sales
- Preparing sales presentations & reports
- Preparing key figures for board meetings
- Continuous development of ERP and CRM processes
- Supporting the CEO and Head of Sales & Marketing in project management
Qualifications:
- Business education in a business-relevant subject (HF, University)
- 2 - 3 years of professional experience as a controller or business analyst in a manufacturing company
- Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking
- Strong IT affinity
- Result-oriented "can-do" and "hands-on" mentality
- Very good oral & written communication in German and English
