• Swiss import customs clearance in the customs clearance programme in compliance with ZVE regulations

• Reception of truck drivers with control and registration of the accompanying transit documents

• Special clearances such as TCH, ZAVV, 13.20A and Carnet ATA

• Processing of telephone and written customer enquiries

• Daily contact with customs authorities

• Completed training as a customs declarant with a federal certificate of competence or comparable qualification

• Proven professional experience in the field of import customs

• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications

• Very good oral and written communication skills in German

• Foreign language skills in English or French are an advantage
