About the job
What is my role?
Our client is looking for a multitasking personality for internal sales / building automation.
Support for field service and the service department (technical)
Telephone customer support
Resolve and record tickets, contact technicians and forward (service process)
Schedule service orders and handle smaller orders
Disposition from A to Z
Assist with creating maintenance contracts and offers, from small to large in the Abacus ERP system
Assist with tenders, calculate and independently manage after training
Telephone and written contact with companies, architects and third-party customers
Detail and appointment clarifications
General correspondence
Assist with occasional marketing tasks
You are the company’s business card at the front line
What do I need to be successful?
Technical or commercial basic training with very good German skills and enthusiasm for technology
Entrepreneurial and networked thinking
Experience from a technical company desired (building automation / building services engineering)
Independent, efficient and responsible personality
Proficient user knowledge of MS Office programmes, preferably with Abacus or similar ERP systems
