Head of Projects & HVAC Installation

In this central role, you will assume overall operational responsibility for the assembly/installation area as well as the successful implementation of heating projects. You will lead several installation teams and a junior project manager, ensuring that projects are realised on time, within budget and to quality standards. In doing so, you act as the pivotal link between execution and customers and contribute significantly to the further development of the department. 

Your area of responsibility includes the holistic handling of heating projects from initial planning through resource coordination to successful commissioning. For a subsidiary, you will additionally take on tasks in project planning in the heating and ventilation sector, allowing you to apply your technical breadth in a targeted manner. In a deputy role, you will also be involved in sales calculation and tendering, actively supporting the offer phase and the economic management of projects.

Your Profile

We are seeking a technically sound and practice-oriented individual with further training as a HF technician or a comparable qualification in the HVAC field (e.g. heating planner), ideally with experience in an executing company. You possess in-depth expertise in HVAC as well as in energy generation with various energy sources and bring proven expertise in the successful realisation of heating and cooling projects. 

You have already been responsible for projects with a scale of up to CHF 1 million and have corresponding experience in leading teams in an operational project environment. Your leadership qualities are characterised by clarity, reliability and the ability to lead and coordinate different stakeholders purposefully. 

Your working style is structured, analytical and solution-oriented, combined with a high standard of quality and service. You present yourself confidently and appropriately for the audience and communicate convincingly both internally and externally. 

Working with CAD planning tools is part of your daily professional routine, as is the confident use of ERP and CRM systems; knowledge of Abacus is an advantage. Additionally, you bring a good understanding of digital processes in the project environment. 

Overall, you convince as an organisationally strong personality with entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to manage projects holistically and lead them to sustainable success.
