We are looking for a strong planner and communicator who enjoys delving deeply into internal processes, professionally managing projects, and acting as a diplomatic bridge-builder.

Project Coordinator Retrofit / Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent commercial and technical handling of demanding retrofit projects (upgrades and complex conversions of existing systems)
  
• Active and in-depth interface function: You ensure clean, structured communication and seamless technical clarification with all internal specialist departments (design, production, assembly)
  
• Calculation, quotation preparation and proactive advice to worldwide customers regarding optimal retrofit solutions
  
• Professional management of projects from the initial enquiry through feasibility assessment to successful delivery

Your profile:

• Technical basic training in mechanical engineering (mandatory as a polymechanic, designer or automation technician/electromechanic)
  
• A completed commercial or process-oriented further education (e.g. as a technical clerk or process specialist) is a great advantage
  
• Solid professional experience in mechanical or plant engineering as well as strong know-how in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  
• Pronounced diplomatic skills, a lot of empathy and assertiveness to constructively bring specialist departments together and prevent misunderstandings
  
• You are a doer and planner, but explicitly seek professional project management in this role and not personnel management
  
• Very confident communication in German and English (French is a great plus)
