Accountant with Development Potential (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is a technologically world-leading manufacturer of precision machine tools for milling, turning, drilling and grinding workpieces made of metal, composites and ceramics. Customers include leading companies in the aerospace and turbines, industrial and transportation, as well as luxury goods and med tech sectors.
Role:
In this role as a financial accounting clerk, you work daily with numbers and contribute to processing financial processes reliably and precisely. You take on responsible tasks in financial accounting and ensure that all transactions are recorded and documented correctly. You work closely with a young, highly motivated and qualified team where trust and a solution-oriented approach are central. Responsibilities:
- You manage the general ledger and asset accounting
- In this role, you post bank transactions
- As a financial accounting clerk, you take on accounts receivable and accounts payable management
- You perform intercompany reconciliations with foreign subsidiaries
- In this role, you support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and Swiss accounting law
- As a financial accounting clerk, you assist the head of finance with external audits and prepare and reconcile VAT returns
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education EFZ and further training in finance
- You have several years of professional experience
- You bring a strong analytical flair for numbers and very good Excel skills
- You are familiar with SAP
- You have good English skills
- You work independently, with commitment, and communicate clearly and openly
