What is my role?

• You build your own client base in the exciting technical and industrial sector through targeted acquisition

• As a true sales personality, you are often on the move and visit your clients directly on site - this is where the best deals are made

• You write convincing job advertisements that attract exactly the right candidates

• You conduct personal interviews with applicants and find out who really fits

• You create professional candidate dossiers that delight your clients

• You offer first-class customer service and build long-term relationships

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a technical or mechanical basic education - this is your foundation for success in this role

• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in sales or field service and know how to inspire customers

• You are a true doer personality: proactive, direct and driven to consistently achieve your goals

• Assertiveness and commitment are not foreign words to you, but your daily companions

• You communicate confidently in German and are proficient in the MS Office environment

• With your category B driving licence and your own car, you are flexible and mobile

• Your residence is in the Baden region - perfect to optimally manage your sales area
