Department Coordinator for the Neurology Ward 80-100%
from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, working hours Monday to Friday
Your main tasks
- You are the central hub of our department and ensure smooth daily operations.
- You coordinate processes, plan proactively and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
- You communicate professionally with patients, relatives as well as internal and external contacts.
- You remain calm in demanding situations, set priorities and find pragmatic solutions.
- You warmly welcome our patients and ensure a pleasant arrival as well as a respectful farewell.
- You support your team by taking on nursing tasks when needed, thereby promoting good collaboration.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant, Health Specialist or Pharmacy Assistant.
- You enjoy organising, work in a structured manner and keep an overview even with several tasks simultaneously.
- You communicate openly, friendly and professionally.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Using digital work tools and administrative systems is natural for you.
- You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility and actively contribute your ideas.
