Responsibilities:
- As a service technician deployed worldwide, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of technical equipment and systems at customers around the world
- You carry out commissioning, diagnose technical faults and ensure their rapid and efficient resolution
- Furthermore, you are the contact person for customers, training them in the operation and maintenance of the equipment and supporting them with technical questions and problems
Qualifications:
- In addition to a completed training, you bring sound knowledge in your field, whether in mechanics, electronics or control technology, and are proficient in handling NC-controlled machine tools
- Your technical competence and your ability to quickly understand and solve complex problems make you an indispensable contact for customers
- With your very good German and English skills, you communicate precisely and clearly, both in writing and orally, and are able to understand and create technical documentation
