• You will receive a structured introduction with practical basic training and thorough induction in the general agency. You will be closely accompanied and supported, especially in the first few months.

• With your comprehensive advice, you provide your private and SME customers with security in all life situations.
• Through your own initiative, you acquire new customers and expand existing relationships in the regional market area.
• Thanks to your proactivity, you recognise customer needs and sales opportunities and develop individual insurance, pension and asset solutions.
• You handle administrative tasks such as preparing quotes or appointment preparation quickly and straightforwardly.
• You work closely with your team and participate in the professional exchange within the general agency.

• You have completed a vocational apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
• You bring motivation to systematically build up professional and sales skills.
• You are characterised by a performance-oriented working style as well as your sales talent.
• You pursue your goals independently and with great drive - always keeping the big picture in mind.
• You enjoy dealing with people and expanding your contacts.
• You have a good regional anchoring or the willingness to build one up.
