Strategic Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss company in the industrial sector. High quality standards, reliable processes and the continuous development of technical solutions are at the core.
Role:
Development and implementation of purchasing strategies for technical products and services.
Identification and selection of new suppliers as well as maintenance of existing relationships.
Negotiation of prices, contracts and delivery terms to ensure optimal conditions.
Analysis of procurement markets to identify trends and savings potentials.
Optimisation of procurement processes in collaboration with other departments.
Ensuring material availability for projects and series production.
Monitoring supplier performance and initiating improvement measures.
Participation in projects to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Requirements:
Technical basic training (e.g. polymechanic, designer, electronics technician or similar).
Further training as a purchasing specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent.
Experience in strategic purchasing or a similar role.
Confident use of SAP and MS Office.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Structured and analytical way of working.
Very good German and good English skills, additional languages are an advantage.
